It's easy man,and i mean it : turn on the music you love, have a cup of coffee or tea, forget all the problems (at least try to, i know it's impossible) , relax, and push your limits.Try to have honest critiques on your art.Spend a lot of time examining other artists' work that you like and try to understand why you like their artworks.Don't copy but try to understand the logic behind their works.Ask "why he did it like that?" then find the answer within the work , and answer "oh that's why he did it like that".Try to execute the same logic in your pieces. I know, it will take quite a lot of time but after practising enough, you'll see the difference in your own works. You'll probably still not be satisfied with your work but, after seeing your own progress you'll start to get the idea. It's basically like a mathematic formula (most of the time)..
Your painting look really cool. May I ask how long does it usually take you to finish one painting and do you do a lot or research and gather reference materials for them? What is your process?
